Welcome back!

I find that pregnant women are often worried about this question: “yeast infection and pregnancy, is my baby in any danger if I have a yeast infection while I am pregnant?” It is very normal for you to fear for the health of your baby and to want to make absolutely sure you do not endanger your baby in any way. Unfortunately women get yeast infections very often when they are pregnant. Read on to sea if it is a danger to your baby.

We develop a Candida infection because the balance in our bodies has been disturbed. Now there are many reasons why the balance can be disturbed and one of them is pregnancy. When you are pregnant there are lots of hormonal changes taking place in your body and that may result in a Candida overgrowth, giving you a fungus infection.

Now there is the question: “Is it dangerous for my baby if I deliver with a yeast infection?” Well, the good news is no! A yeast infection is not potentially dangerous for your baby. Your baby may develop a yeast infection from it though, but your pediatrician will help you with getting rid of it soon.

Of course it is best if you can prevent that from happening. The main reason is, of course, that if you are breast feeding, your baby can give the infection right back to you resulting in infected nipples. If the infection is too bad, it may even prevent you from breastfeeding any further.

This, I think, makes it very clear that it is best to get rid of a yeast infection during pregnancy if it is at all possible. As you do not want to use unnecessary medication while you are pregnant, a natural cure for yeast infection is probably the way to go.

So, in the end, the answer to the question; “is it dangerous for my baby if I deliver with a yeast infection?” is no, but for you and your baby’s health during breast feeding it is a good idea to get rid of it with a natural cure for yeast infection.  This is a very important aspect if you think about yeast infection and pregnancy.

Very often after you have been on a course of antibiotic you get a yeast infection. This is very annoying and now you wondering about a natural cure. Well, you are on the right track. The best way to treat it is to use a natural cure, yeast infection cure. Because of the antibiotics your body is out of balance and now you need to treat yeast infection because of antibiotics. Well, good news, it can be done!

If you do not normally suffer from yeast infections and only have one now, a natural cure is just what you need. The best place to start is with your diet. The root of the problem is in your intestines and that is where you have to tackle it.

What you have to understand is that it is normal to have the Candida fungus in your body. It actually plays a very important role infighting certain bacteria that can make you very ill. The problems only start when the fungus is allowed to grow unchecked, what is called an overgrowth. This happens because the antibiotics killed the bacteria that normally keep the Candida under control.

OK, so now you know why you have the infection. Now you want to know what to do about it. Well, start eating right.

First of all, start eating as much unflavored, unsweetened, plain yogurt as you can. You can even try to eat at least three cups a day. This is the only food that contains yeast that you can eat. All other kinds of food and drinks that contain yeast has to be eliminated from your diet until you have cured your fungus infection.

Now there is a further use for the same yogurt. If you have a vaginal yeast infection, soak a tampon in it and use it three times a day. If the yeast infection is in your mouth, keep the yogurt in it for a few minutes before you swallow it. For an fungus infection on your skin the yogurt can be used as a cream.

This is one of the best help I can give you if you want to treat yeast infection because of antibiotics. Treat it with a natural cure, yeast infection cure from your fridge.

This yeast infection is driving you mad and you are sick and tired of it! You are also tired of all the medicine you have to use and you simply do not want to us any medication any more. Now you are saying “help, I need a natural cure - yeast infection cures from the kitchen?  This is happening more and more, as people see that the medications give you temporary relief only.

What is important to understand here is, if you have a very acute fungus infection it is usually a good idea to use conventional medicine to get rid of the symptoms fast. So, it is not a good idea to go against your doctor’s advice. On the other hand, it is possible to get rid of the bad symptoms in 12 hours with a natural cure, yeast infection cures from the kitchen and garden.

Here are some of the treatments from the kitchen and home:

Yogurt with active cultures:

This contains bacteria that keep yeast under control. Including yogurt with live cultures, as a part of your daily diet, will help. To treat an external yeast infection, try coating a tampon with plain (no sugar), live culture yogurt and inserting into the vagina.

Olive oil:

This may sound like a funny one to you, but the olive oil contains oleic acid that prevents the Candida spores from burrowing down into the lining of your stomach which of course makes growth a little more difficult.

Avoid all foods and drinks that contain yeast except, of course, yogurt:

This is a very important step. You cannot expect any natural cure to help if you keep on eating food that encourages the fungus to grow. So, stay away from bread, cheese, mushrooms, beer, wine etc.

So, if you are saying “help, I need a natural cure - yeast infection cures from the kitchen” starting with these tips will help already.

Losing weight is not easy for all age women. Especially women over 40 who face more problems than younger women. Most women in the age found it harder to lose weight once they hit 40. In this age some hormones will work slow down, plus the other problems such as a disordered way of eating, not enough excercise making it harder to lose weight.

There are some essential hormones that effect your body and beauty. Estrogen hormones is an important hormone that keep your shape to have the curves in the right places and  maintain your skin soft and firm. Another one is DHEA that help your body prevent fat accumulation. Both of them are very important to help women over 40 lose weight. Whatever you do for balancing estrogen, it will assist you to increase DHEA level too.

How to balance the hormones level and lose weight permanently? Here’s tips to help women over 40 lose weight and stay in shape.

- Aim the goal in losing weight that you have to keep your blood sugar stable. Seperating meals into 3 to 5 times a day is the key. Is Your Brain Keeping You Overweight?

Posted by admin @ 1:05 am

You know how to count the calorie content of every food, you know when to eat carbs and when to avoid them, you “get” that eating too much sugar can lead to diabetes…And yet you still overeat.

The problem of reaching and maintaining your ideal weight has little to do with a lack of knowledge. In fact, I would be willing to bet that most people who struggle with their weight know more about eating well and how to live a healthy life than the person.

Information on HOW to eat right is everywhere - just type “Healthy Dieting” into your computer’s search engine and you will get a list of over 15 million sites to read through.

The real question is WHY…why do you continue to eat in a way that sabotages your efforts? Why do you diet all week just to blow it on the weekend? Why do you stop going to the gym even though you were convinced that if you paid for the whole year up front you would stay dedicated? Why do stress and worry derail you so easily from your plan?

Finding the answer to the question WHY requires the examination of your beliefs. Mahatma Gandhi once said, “If I believe I cannot do something, it makes me incapable of doing it.” This is true. You might be telling yourself you want to lose weight; yet, inside your head you’re thinking “I will never be able to do it.” It is these deep-rooted thoughts and beliefs that determine if you will reach your goal; not your ability to rattle off the number of calories in a McDonald’s cheeseburger.

Constantly seeking to become more knowledgeable about how to lose weight by reading more diet books, asking friends for their dieting ideas, paging through magazine articles on how to eat and surfing the internet for that magic bullet can give you a sense that you are actively doing something to solve your weight problem but in reality these activities are just busy work and interfere with your ability to take effective action.

Action is the bridge between knowing how to lose weight and achieving results. Zig Ziglar said, “It is not what you’ve got, it’s what you use that makes the difference.” You’ve already got enough to get started. You do not need to know how the whole journey will go; instead trust that the answers will come as you continue to take the steps that lead to your goal.

Success will come when you shift your energy away from learning about diets to learning about yourself.

Learning about yourself means discovering what your current thoughts and beliefs are about your weight and your body. Do you tell yourself things like, “I have been heavy all of my life, I will never be thin.” This type of limiting mindset must change if you hope to lose and maintain a significant amount of weight.

What you believe is a choice. You can choose to believe that you are capable of losing weight and that you deserve the benefits of living a happy and healthy lifestyle or you can choose to believe you can’t, both lead to results but only the former leads to the results you want.

Weight loss requires a proper mindset along with a good diet and regular exercise. To start seeing the results you desire you need to put as much energy into building a strong belief in yourself as you do into learning about the next new diet plan. Creating this new mindset will reduce your need for willpower and make losing weight a reality for you.
